RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Tamba Stores, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@tambastores.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an agreed alternative (e.g., mobile money).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, please contact us at sales@tambastores.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
