  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Nationwide across Zambia

  • Other towns/cities in Zambia: 2–5 business days

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
  • Promotions or free shipping offers may apply from time to time.

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Policy

  • Please ensure that your delivery details (address and phone number) are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • A recipient must be available to receive the order at the provided address.

 

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, redelivery may incur an additional fee.
  • If an order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or refund (subject to deductions for delivery costs).

 

Risk & Ownership

  • Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery has been confirmed.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order details and clear photos (if applicable), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
